| We offer both religious
and civil marriage ceremonies in Cumbria, Scotland and Italy.
Both of these options are legally binding and follow a specific
format.
Civil ceremonies must meet the laws bound by
the Marriage Act in that country. This means that there will be
no religious content and that a licensed person, (ie a registrar)
performs the service in a licensed venue. However there's some
degree of flexibility to personalise certain aspects of the service.
Religious ceremonies are at the discretion of
the local celebrant, so again we'll advise.
Civil Partnership Ceremonies
Purrfect Days will also be coordinating same
sex marriage ceremonies in romantic Gretna and beautiful Cumbria
from 21st December 2005 onwards. Please contact us for more details.
