| I was born
and raised in the city of Carlisle, Cumbria, which is
a small city located 30 minutes drive from the Lake District and
15 minutes from Gretna Green in Scotland. After graduating from
Liverpool John Moores University in 1999 with an International
Business Studies and German degree, I returned to Carlisle where
I now live with my husband and Casper the cat!
Following graduation I worked in advertising
for a local newspaper and then as the Marketing Manager for a
company offering business support services. During this period
I was responsible for organising a variety of high profile
events from business award dinners with celebrity presenters,
to smaller, more intimate training seminars hosted by well known
and respected business gurus.
I understand how, keeping up with the
latest trends, a strong attention to detail
and the best customer service possible make dreams
come true.
I was married in Italy in September 2004 as
I have a passion for the Italian way of life. I arranged everything
myself, but used the services of Alessandra, an Italian wedding
coordinator, to assist with the paperwork/legalities
and the direction of the day. I wanted to ensure this
of all days was handled by an expert, so I could enjoy
the day completely without having to worry about anything. Her
help was invaluable and although I chose what I wanted, she knew
the best florist and where to organize the cars. Without Alessandra
the Italian paperwork would have been a nightmare!
Coming back to Cumbria I met many married couples
who would have appreciated the help I enjoyed. I believe every
couple should have a perfect stress-free day and having an expert
on hand is the best way to make it happen! Since my wedding I
